Well now. It's been a bit. So Sorry. That is if anyone bothers to read this. Hey !! You ! Yeah..the one reading this...do me a favor. Just hit follow or something. Just need to know if anyone is reading.
Anyways. Where was I . Oh yes..Primal. Went primal. Lost 15. Gained 2 back. I needed to see how I changed my diet a bit and what would happen. So potatoes. Bad. Very bad for me. Been bending the rules a bit. I went from eating really good healthy non processed stuff...to not really processed but..not really good for me. Like home fries. Love em. And eating potatoes led to eating some rice. Rice led to looking at what is really processed and making an excuse that well it's not processed by definition so I can eat it. Well that is just not good.
Time to focus again. Back on track. Now my workout has been lax too. Some pushups here and there. Some planking. I just want warm weather. My body is craving getting outside and doing some primal exercising. I have a pile of wood in the back. I can toss that around, do some chopping. Mimmik what it would be like killing a boar or the like. Cool.
Back to the grind....

Status...
Quick note to say that PRIMAL is the way to go !!! Here we are...3 weeks into going Primal. I guess that means I'm a Grok. :)
So 3 weeks into Primal...5+ Gluten Free. And you know what ? I feel GREAT !!! I'm down 12 lbs !!! Energy levels are high. My "Skinny" jeans are now...well...swimming on me. My belt is in the last notch and I need to add other holes. I'm down to a 36 jean. It's still kinda cool here in the Northeast. Can't wait for spring to get into full PRIMAL workout !!!

I have some guys at work that are now Primal. They feel great ! Losing weight. And they feel
the difference when they happen to eat bread. Sinks like a lead weight in a dark murky pool.
The more I read... the more recepies I find. Plenty to eat. And my cravings for bread are all but gone.
I'll post again soon with a better update...I promise !
